CHRISTMAS RESTAURANT PARTY NIGHTS

Dine with us in our Abbey Restaurant on any Saturday night between the 23rd November and 21st December for our Christmas party nights.

Swindon Greyhounds offers a great Christmas night out. We will take your bets from your table and our staff will look after you all night. All you need to do is enjoy your evening and cheer your winners past the post.

Starters
Soup of the Day
Fresh homemade soup served with a warm crusty roll.

Smoked Salmon
Tender smoked Salmon drizzled with lemon oil served on a bed of mixed leaves.

Chicken Liver and Cognac Pate
Medium fine chicken liver and cognac pate served with warm cranberry orange and pumpkinseed loaf.

Brie and Mango Parcels
Warm filo pastry parcels of brie and mango served with mixed leaf garnish and cranberry sauce.

Mains
Roast Turkey
Traditional roast turkey served with all the trimmings, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Roasted Loin of Pork
Tender slices of roast pork with sage and onion stuffing, served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Cod Loin Wrapped in Bacon
Tender cod loin topped with herb butter and wrapped in smoked streaky bacon served on a bed of rustic lemon potatoes mixed with baby spinach leaves.

Leek Fondue Tart
Mustard seed pastry case with leek and cheese filling topped with parsley breadcrumbs and served with peppercorn sauce, potato gratin and seasonal vegetables.

Desserts
Gingerbread Cheesecake
Crunchy ginger biscuit base topped with ginger sponge and baked creamy cheesecake decorated with ginger sponge cubes, sticky caramel and gold chocolate pieces.

Belgium Chocolate and Black Cherry Mountain
Belgium chocolate truffle with black cherry filling on a chocolate sponge base topped with white chocolate.

Sticky Toffee Pudding
Sticky toffee & date sponge pudding served with a brandy custard.

Cheese and Biscuits
Various cheeses served with a selection of biscuits
